Phase 1: Initial Development​

  • Duration: Q1 2024
  • Goals:
    • Complete the integration of the Moguls platform with the Matrix protocol.
    • Develop the user subscription and verification system.
  • Tasks:
    • Design and implement the user interface for subscription.
    • Set up backend services for user management.
    • Integrate payment processing with AWS Billing.
  • Dependencies:
    • Completion of the Moguls platform updates.
  • Risks:
    • Potential delays in payment integration.

Phase 2: Security Enhancements​

  • Duration: Q2 2024
  • Goals:
    • Implement end-to-end encryption for all communications.
    • Establish a redundant and hardened architecture.
  • Tasks:
    • Configure AWS security groups and IAM roles.
    • Implement encryption protocols for data in transit and at rest.
  • Dependencies:
    • Completion of Phase 1.
  • Risks:
    • New security vulnerabilities may be discovered.

Phase 3: User Features​

  • Duration: Q3 2024
  • Goals:
    • Launch the private Matrix server feature.
    • Develop the user invitation system for KOL Network servers.
  • Tasks:
    • Create user invitation workflows.
    • Test the private server setup process.
  • Dependencies:
    • Completion of security enhancements.
  • Risks:
    • User adoption may be slower than anticipated.

Phase 4: Export and Resource Management​

  • Duration: Q4 2024
  • Goals:
    • Implement the full export service for users.
    • Ensure secure destruction of server resources upon subscription end.
  • Tasks:
    • Develop export functionality using AWS Data Pipeline.
    • Automate resource cleanup using AWS Lambda.
  • Dependencies:
    • Completion of user features.
  • Risks:
    • Data loss during export process.
